Replace the bare picker in all four dispatchers with a list centered
horizontally and vertically: blue title over a ━ rule, yellow group
headings, the selected row as a green bar, type-to-search, and spacing
that adapts to the terminal height (scrolls with ↑/↓ more when it
doesn't fit).

The main menu now groups by dispatcher: Desktop-Linux and HomeLab open
Desktop-Linux.sh / X27-Homelab.sh, and the tools run directly. The
duplicated per-script run_* functions in X-Linuxtool.sh are gone.

Picking a script asks "Run ? [Y/n]", and each dispatcher reports
" finished." or " failed (exit N)." using the script's exit
code. ui_step and the status lines match the new look and line up with
the menu.

Fixes:

  • Exit in the main menu fell through as a script (wrong last index).
  • Ctrl-C in the picker left the terminal without echo.
  • X27_LOCAL_ROOT was stripped by sudo, so the HomeLab hop ignored a
    local clone.
