Gaming layered RPM Fusion over the negativo17 multimedia stack from the
BlueBuild base, which downgraded Mesa, libva, and x265 and swapped
libfdk-aac for fdk-aac-free. Steam's i686 Mesa/libva must match the x86_64
versions, and with negativo17's repo removed dnf matched them by
downgrading to Fedora's builds.
Re-add negativo17 (multimedia and steam) for the install, take Steam,
i686 Mesa, and the full GStreamer bad/ugly plugins from it, and drop RPM
Fusion along with the fdk-aac, @multimedia, and freeworld Mesa
workarounds. The build now fails if RPM Fusion or freeworld packages
remain, or if the i686 and x86_64 Mesa versions differ.
